Nervous????? Anxious???????

It was Monday morning and Mr. Big Guy was feeling a little “Monday Blue” but the feeling didn’t stay long as Mr. Big Guy was informed that our 14 candidates won themselves a spot as Customer Service Executive in Malaysia’s leading bank (our client of course)!
Great Job, Talentees and Well Done, candidates! Mr. Big Guy is definitely proud of you all.
Research & Development
- Monitor and keep track of department’s key performance reporting (i.e cards, spending, receivables, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze and provide meaningful interpretation of the current performance for management review
- Conduct research analysis on new products/programs, competitors’ offerings, market trends, pricing etc.
- Conduct strategic customers profiling using Data Mart and CRM support effective product marketing campaigns
- Basic salary from RM3,000 – RM5,000
